OCEAN LEGACY
  • The Ocean Legacy Foundation is a Canadian based, internationally recognized Non-Profit organization that was founded in 2013 with the goal to end ocean plastic waste. 
  • The goal of the program is to create an accessible platform to assist with the restoration of critical natural ecosystems for improved human and wildlife health, as well as assess and develop long-term plastic collection, processing infrastructure and policy to mitigate oceanic plastic pollution sources.

THE SALVATION ARMY
  • The Salvation Army offers assistance for children and families, often tending to the basic necessities of life, provides shelter for homeless people and rehabilitation for people who have lost control of their lives to an addiction. 
  • In 2019, The Salvation Army provided 3,800 shelter, addictions, detox and mental health beds for vulnerable men, women and families in Canada, served 3.4 million free meals and assisted 1,186,000 persons with food, clothing or practical assistance
